Ágora, the business unit specialized in services at the Mediapost point of sale , has presented the study “The consumer facing Christmas 2020” to find out how consumers will behave during the coming days regarding their Christmas purchases . For this study, a survey was carried out with 1,090 users of the Ofertia app between December 2 and 9, 2020. According to the results of this report, it seems that the Spanish consumer still has many purchases to make, so the next few days will be decisive for brands and a good time to intensify their advertising campaigns. 49% of those surveyed have declared that they have not even started Christmas shopping, 32% have made a purchase related to food in advance and only 20% have already purchased a gift.
